Working as an integral member of the Aftersales Team of a Prestige Car Franchise, the successful candidate will be experienced in a similar environment, dealing with general parts and service enquiries, as well as administering the ordering and return of parts. The Parts Supervisor will also be pro-active in his/her approach, developing relationships within the trade environment, whilst working towards performance targets, and maintaining our excellent customer service level. You will be equally confident dealing with customers on the front counter as well as working behind the scenes making sure the right parts are distributed to our vehicle technicians on time.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a customer-facing role - you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a friendly and approachable manner. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
